Shelby’s Pawsitive Dog Training was established in 2025 with a clear mission: to give every dog the opportunity to be heard, understood, and supported through compassionate, result-driven training.
WHY
This business was created from a genuine passion for dogs and dog training. The goal is to give dogs a voice, recognising that they communicate in their own language. It was created to help owners better understand what their dog is trying to say. By bridging this gap, stronger relationships can be built based on trust, clarity, and mutual respect. Every dog deserves to be understood, and every owner deserves the knowledge and support to bring out the best in their dog.
WHO
Having grown up surrounded by dogs, a deep understanding and connection with them has been developed from an early age. That lifelong experience sparked a strong desire to better understand canine behaviour and to help others build stronger relationships with their dogs. With around two years of hands-on experience as a practicing dog trainer, the focus is on helping owners and their dogs overcome challenges in a clear, supportive, and practical way. This is more than just a career, it’s a long-term commitment to working with dogs and continuing to learn, grow, and support others along the way.
